Pride of faith Academy school secondary school established in Sagamu and commenced operations officially on 16th September 2016. Pride of faith Academy is duly registered with the ministry of education science and technology Ogun state. The school is owned by Pride of Faith Foundation, a foundation whose focus is human capital development in the areas of Islamic education, health and community services.

The motivation to venture into Islamic educational services within the ambit of Secondary education is premised on the fact that the whole of Remo Kingdom, with about 35 towns, did not have more than five Muslim secondary schools at that time. In addition, a preliminary mini survey conducted by a steering committee found that Muslim elites yearn for quality Islamic secondary education for their children and due to little of such an opportunity, they prefer to enroll their children in the conventional private secondary schools.

Given this situation, the ball was set rolling by then chairman of the foundation in 2015, Mr. Lateef Olajide Ayilara. In the process, a lot of strategic meetings were held by the steering committee where basic components and requirements for the establishment of a secondary school were discussed reviewed debated and adopted. At the end of the process, the idea of PFA was finalized and kick started on 16th September 2016.
